I wish to record here my very warmest appreciation of the
manner in which the Matron and the Nursing Staff of the
Hospital invariably carried out their duties during the latter half
of the year when the cases were of a very acute nature demanding
very close attention. The greatest success attended their
efforts.
PERMANENT ISOLATION HOSPITAL.
During the past few years, as I have from time to time
pointed out, we have been quite unable to cope with the demand
for admissions, and I would urgently beg the Council not to
delay in providing adequate accommodation.
