The following works are under construction:—
Harold Wood (Queens Park Road) including soil sewer.
Athelstan Road/Squirrels Heath Road relief.
Claremont Gardens relief.
Works will commence shortly on:—
Central Area stage II (and soil sewer)
(a) Sandown Avenue to Station Lane.
(b) Billet Lane branch.
Woodlands Avenue—enlarged culvert and new surface water sewer.
Ash Lane—new sewer in lieu of ditch.
Derby Avenue—new outfall (subject to satisfactory outcome of certain
negotiations).
