The features of the above statistics are :
The reduction in the Tuberculosis mortality from an average figure
of 39 for the first 5 years of the period to an average of 18 in the last 4;
the increase of Cancer from an average of 152 for the first 5 years to 203
in the last 4, and Cardio-vascular Disease from 375 to 508 in the like
periods.
