The number of Infectious Diseases notified was much
smaller than in either of the two preceding years.
During the year, I reported to you on the subject of
co-ordination and extension of the Child Welfare and School
Medical services and a scheme is in course of preparation
which I believe will greatly increase the usefulness of these
services.
I think it is not always realised how comparatively inexpensive
Health Services are and the following extract from
a report by the Accountant is of interest in that connection.
