VENTILATED FOOD STORES
The question of the modern practice of building .houses
without a ventilated larder has received attention. Building
bye-laws have been relaxed in this connection, presumably
because of the general use of domestic refrigerators. The point
arises, however, of the new tenant moving into a house without
a ventilated food store and not in possession of a refrigerator.
Certain foods are not suitable for storage in refrigerators
