Many of the defects which here been dealt with
were brought to our notice by key of complaint, whilst
others were noted during the coarse of the inspections
which are carried out continuously. Others were
noted from statements contained in housing applications.
As a result of the action taken, informal and formal,
extensive repairs were carried out to 128 houses, whilst
in numerous other premises specific defects were remedied.
