Heart disease gave the highest number of deaths in
this group, viz., 11.
Infantile Mortality.
The number of deaths under 1 year was 28, 9 more
than in 1913, giving an infantile mortality rate of 69.7.
an increase of 12.7 on 1913. This is due to the exceptionally
high number, viz., 10, of premature births.
