Designated milk licences.
Details of dealers' licences to use a special designation
in relation to milk which is obtained and sold pre-packed
by the dealer are as follows:—

E (2)f Ice-Cream
126 premises in the Borough are registered for the sale
of ice-cream.
There are 3 active manufacturers of ice-cream (2 boil
mix and 1 cold mix).
The Ice-cream (Heat Treatment etc.) Regulations 1959.
Bacteriological sampling.
Six samples were obtained and forwarded for bacteriological
examination with the following results:—
