To the Chairman and Members of the Erith
Urban District Council.
Gentlemen,
1 have the honour to present to you my Annual Report
for the year 1918, in accordance with the Regulations
of the Local Government Board.
As the Local Government Board have made suggestions
is to omission of many details usually inserted in
the Annual Reports of Medical Officers of Health, having
regard to the strict economy in the use of paper and demands
on printing establishments, this report will therefore
be very much curtailed.
