The 15 milk samples were, with one exception, all samples
of new milk from farmers and in no case did they contain added
water. They were unsatisfactory generally in small degree having
either less than 3.0 per cent, fat or less than 8.5 per cent, solids-notfat.
The farmer was informed and directed to advice, and the
Milk Marketing Board, which is the purchaser, was also informed.
