The attendances at the Centres were most satisfactory.
In this connection I should like to mention the excellent work
done by the Health Visitors; the zeal and energy they have displayed
in the discharge of their duties is most praiseworthy and
deserves special notice.
Number of Births notified : 997, which includes 143 born
outside the District 95.0 per cent. of which were visited.
Dental Treatment.
The Dental Clinic for Mothers and Children under 5 years
of age, is open on Saturday mornings, and the attendances have
been exceptionally good.
