PUBLIC OFFICES,
ENFIELD,
April 6th, 1922.
Medical Officer of Health's
ANNUAL REPORT
For 1921.
To the Urban District Council of Enfield,
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit to you my Annual Report for the
year 1921, which I trust you will find satisfactory. The Report
of your Sanitary Inspector, Mr. A. J. Munro, giving particulars
of the work done in the Sanitary Department, is also incorporated.
The Minister of Health having stated in a Circular No. 269,
dated the 28th December, 1921, that Annual Reports of a full and
detailed character referred to as "Survey Reports" will normally
be required at periods of not more than five years, that the Annual
Reports of 1919 and 1920 will be treated as constituting the first
of the series of these Reports, and that for 1921 is to be treated as an
ordinary report and to contain certain particulars specified in the
Circular above referred to, I have only included the details
required.
My thanks are again offered to the members of the medical
profession in the District. I am indebted to them for many acts
of kindness and help daring the past year.
I am, Gentlemen,
Yours obediently,
W. P. WARREN,
Medical Officer of Health.
