THE YEAR 1919.

The Urban District Council of Enfield.
Mrs. Newman and Gentlemen,
I beg to submit my report for the year ending December 31st,
1919, including particulars in tabular form as required by Article 20
(16) of the General Order of the Local Government Board, of the
work done under my supervision in connection with your Sanitary
Department.
