Mr. A. J. Munro, Chief Sanitary Inspector, has again given
me of his best, and it affords me great pleasure to thank him
once more for the never varying urbanitv and modesty with which
he gives me the benefit of his long experience. The other
members of the staff are to be commended for the effiicient manner
in which they carry out their duties.
