PETROLEUM (REGULATIONS) ACTS, 1928-1936

During the year 5 new licences and 113 renewals were granted by the Council. The following is a list of particulars of quantities etc., affected by these licences:-
Petroleum Spirit528,576 gallons.
Petroleum Mixtures15,755 gallons.
Rubber Solution100 lbs. and 800 gallons.

PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT
Fifty-seven inspections of cinemas and other places of entertainment were made in
accordance with the Circular of the Ministry of Health of 1920. Conditions were found
to be generally satisfactory.
