The following table gives the number of births and deaths (registered)
sub-divided into the four wards of tho Borough. It should be remembered that
births are only of those which occurred in Edmonton and of course of Edmonton
addresses; these are registered in Edmonton. Births which take place outside
the Borough arc not included; this fact accounts for the difference between
these figures and those supplied by the Registrar-General. The deaths include
those taking place outside the Borough, the information being given us
quarterly by the Registrar-Goneral.
