During 1954, 158 inspections of Outworkers premises were
carried out by the Sanitary Inspectors.
Shops Act, 1950.
In co-operation with the Shops Act Inspector, improvements
under Section 38 of the Shops Act, 1950, relating to the health and
comfort of shop workers were carried out in 58 instances :
