Legal Proceedings.
Whilst examining meat in a butcher's shop, a
District Sanitary Inspector noticed a pair of beast's
lungs which were badly affected with Tuberculosis.
The lungs were seized and the butcher prosecuted under
the provisions of the Public Health Act, 1875. The
defendant was fined £l.
