Supply of Milk to Schools.
The " Milk in Schools " scheme was in operation at the end
of the year. Eight samples of the milk supplied were purchased
for Bacterial analysis. Four of these were unsatisfactory, B. Coli
being present in 0.001 c.c.
The two dairy firms in question have now installed Pasteurizing
plants since the operation of which analyses of the various samples
have been satisfactory.
