| (1) Within a radius of 8 miles from Fire Station, and including the following hospitals: | Free. |
| Old church Hospital, | |
| King George Hospital, | |
| East Ham Memorial Hospital, | |
| Plaistow Maternity Hospital, | |
| Queen Mary's Hospital, Stratford, | |
| Poplar Hospital, and London Hospital. | |
| (2) Outside a radius of 8 miles and within a radius of 15 miles from Fire Station, and including the following hospitals:— | 7s. 6d. |
| Guys Hospital, | |
| East End Maternity Hospital (except in cases assisted under the Council's Maternity and Child Welfare Scheme—see (c) below), | |
| St. Bart's Hospital, | |
| Charing Cross Hospital (except in cases admitted, on account of financial circumstances, free of charge to Charing Cross Hospital—see (d) below), | |
| Chelsea Women's Hospital, | |
| St. Thomas's Hospital. | |
| (3) Outside a radius of 15 miles from Fire Station. | 7s. 6d. plus 1s. 3d. per mile for each mile or part of a mile run over 30 miles. |
