Legal Proceedings.
The following legal proceedings were instituted
during the year:—
(1) Beef Sausages Adulterated 16% deficient Fined 10s. plus
in meat £3 3s. 0d. costs.
(2) Beef Sausages Adulterated 37% deficient Fined £3 plus
in meat £3 3s. 0d. costs.
(3) Beef Sausages Adulterated 32% deficient Fined £3 plus
in meat £3 3s. 0d. costs.
(4) Beef Sausages Adulterated 34% deficient Fined £20 plus
in meat £3 3s. 0d. costs.
(5) Beef Sausages Adulterated 44% deficient Fined £3 plus
