Articles submitted for Analysis.	State whether the sample was submitted to the Analyst by an Officer acting under direction of a Local Authority under Section 13 of Act, and, if so, the name of such Authority.	Result of Analysis; showing whether the sample was Genuine or Adulterated, and, if Adulterated, what were the nature and extent of the Adulteration.			The sum paid in respect of the Analysis. 67 milk	Food Inspector, St. Marylebone Borough Council	Genuine.			12/6 per sample.	2 were test samples. No sample was found to contain either preservative or colouring matter.
1 milk	Do.	Adulterated.				Warranty defence. Case dismissed.
		No. 254	10.0% deficient in milk fat.			Warranty defence. Case dismissed.
62 butter	Do.	Genuine.				32 were test samples. Of the 62 samples examined, two only were found to be free from preservative. Boric acid was the preservative used in every instance and this ranged in amount from 10.2 to 26.8 grains per lb.
19 condensed milk	Do.	Do.				All were test samples.
