During the four weeks ending March 3rd there have been registered
208 births, and 172 deaths. These births and deaths are divided among
the sub-districts as set forth in Table IV. Seventy-one of the deaths were

St. Mary, birth-rate 16.8 ; death-rate 16.1.
Christ Church, birth-rate 28.9; death-rate 14.1,
St. John, birth-rate 17.8 ; death-rate 20.9.
The whole district, birth-rate 203; death-rate 16.8.
The average death-rates for ten years (1895 to 1905) for the corresponding
period were as follows:β€”All Souls, 17.4; St. Mary, 22.2; Christ Church,
29.9 ; St. John, 20.1: the whole district, 21.2.
