Note—An error was made in the corresponding Table IV., .page 27, in the annual
report as to the deaths in Public Institutions—the deaths in the Samaritan
Hospital for 1904 were only 4 and for Queen Charlotte's Hospital 26.
The headings in Table V., page 28, of the same report, should read Rectory, St. Mary,
Chiist Church, St. John, instead of the Public Institutions as printed.
