David Duckett, of 36, New Street, St. John's Wood,
was fined £2, with 12s. 6d. costs, for selling milk diluted
with 12 7 % water.
Abraham Cohen, of 14, Upper Rathbone Place, was
fined £1, with 14s. 6d. costs, for selling milk diluted with
12 6 % water.
Sarah Conolley, of 2, Union Street, Middlesex Hospital,
was fined £1, with 14s. 6d. costs, for selling milk
diluted with 2 °/o water and deficient in fat 5 %.
Mary Gardner, of 28, Bolsover Street, was fined £2,
with 12s. 6d. costs, for selling milk deficient in milk
fat 11 %.
One sample of milk certified to be diluted with water
is still sub judice.
The following prosecution was based on a certificate
issued the previous Quarter:—
John Hall, of 75, Marylebone Lane, was fined £2, and
12s, 6d, costs, for selling milk diluted with 8½ % water.
