The week ending February 1st was cool but line. Minimum temperature,
28-5° ; maximum, 46'5° ; mean, SB'S0. Winds, "W.N.W. and N.E.
On two days slight rain fell, 0-19 inch. Sunshine registered in Eegent's
Park, 32'5 per cent. Mean barometer, 29-9 inches.
The week ending February 8th was wintry. Minimum temperature,
30'0° ; maximum, 38'8° ; mean, 35'1°. "Winds, E.N.E. On three days rain
or snow fell, 0* 11 inch. Sunshine received only lj hour. Mean barometer,
29'9 inches.
The week ending February loth was cojd and wintry, and somewhat
foggy. Minimum temperature, 22.0°; maximum, 39.2°; mean, 31.3°.
"Winds, N.E. Sunshine registered 24.5 percent. Mean barometer, 29'8 inches.
The week ending February 22nd was overcast and cold. Minimum temperature,
20.0° ; maximum, 49.8° ; mean, 39.5°. Winds, E. & N.E. On one
day rain fell, 0.1 inch. Sunshine only 7.4 per cent. Moan barometer,
29.9 inches.
