Milk Premises.
There were 284 milk premises on the Register at the end of
19.16. 25 were added and 4 removed during 1917, making a total
of 305 on the Register at the end of the year under report. 815
inspections were made and 31 notices served.
Slaughterhouses.
There is one slaughterhouse in the Borough. 30 inspections
were made. No notices were served.
Ice Cream. Premises.
There were 102 premises where ice cream is manufactured
on the Register at the end of 1916. 7 were removed during the
year under report, making a total of 95 . 66 inspections were
made and 11 notices served.
