EXPORT OF MEAT.
During the year 153 Certificates were issued at the request of various firms, in connection
with the export of meat to other countries.
DEMONSTRATIONS AND INSTRUCTION IN MEAT INSPECTION.
Ninety-nine persons from various Inspector and other Training Centres received
instruction during the year.
In accordance with arrangements of long standing, 24 Naval Officers received training
in meat inspection at the Central Markets, Smithfield, during the year.
