SANITARY DEFECTS IN FACTORIES AND WORKSHOPS NOTIFIED
IN 1914 BY H.M, INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES.
Complaints were received from H.M. Inspector in respect of 20 matters which were
all disposed of before the end of the year or early in the year 1915.
As previously mentioned, when dirty conditions or want of ventilation, &c., in
Factories are observed, H.M. Inspector is at once notified of the fact—any necessary
work being carried out under his immediate supervision.
