Enclosed herewith is copy of the prescribed form, and appended to this letter is an extract
from the Section referred to above.
The Lists as forwarded should include, not only the names of persons employed on the
date when the List is transmitted, but also of those who have been engaged on Outwork since
the date of forwarding the previous List. Employers are requested to do all in their power to
ensure that only correct addresses of Outworkers are sent, as neglect in this direction has
caused much unnecessary trouble in the past.
I should be obliged if you would arrange for the return to be made as soon as possible
after August 1st, 1913.
I am, Sir,
Your obedient Servant,
JAMES BELL,
Town Clerk.
P.S.— If you have no Outworkers and have not employed any since 1st August, 1913, kindly
return the enclosed form Signed, and mark it " NONE."
please turn over.
