TUBERCULOUS MEAT.
An account has been kept of the meat seizures during the year on account of
Tuberculosis, and of the diseased meat recorded above, 22 tons 4 cwts. 2 qrs.
6 lbs., or 18 per cent., of the total quantity was found to be tuberculous.

UNSOUND MEAT, 1910. The meat, &c., seized by your Inspectors as unfit for food is classified as under:—
