DECLARATIONS AND CERTIFICATES IN CONNECTION WITH THE
EXPORT OF MEAT FOODS TO ARGENTINA, AS PRESCRIBED BY
THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD MEMORANDUM, 1907.
(Similar forms are used in connection with meat foods exported to the
United States of America and the Philippine Islands.
FORM A.
The following Declaration and Certificate are to be used where the Meat
Foods are prepared, stored, and packed on, and dispatched for Export from
one and the same premises.
