WORKPLACES
(Kitchens of Restaurants, &c.).
The whole of the premises registered were visited during the year, and there
is but little to add to previous Reports.
There has undoubtedly been a marked improvement in Kitchens, both
structurally and also in the standard of cleanliness maintained.
The meat and other foods are inspected in the course of the ordinary visits
of the Inspector.
