The above figures include 42,113 separate seizures.
An account has been kept of the meat seizures made during the year on
account of Tuberculosis, and of the diseased meat recorded above upwards of
47 tons, or nearly 29 per cent., was found to be tuberculous. For further
details see notes on page 115.
