VIII.-Norbury Brickfield. (This brickfield formed part of the estate at Norbury which was acquired by the Council in 1900-1 under Part III. of the Housing of the Working Classes Act, 1390. Brickmaking operations ceased in October, 1907, but bricks were not finally allocatedto building works and the account closed until 31st March, 1911.)(a) Deficiency Account.
