RAG FLOCK AND OTHER FILLING MATERIALS ACT, 1951
This Act requires-
(a) the registration of premises where specified filling materials are used and
(b) the annual licensing of premises where rag flock is manufactured or stored.
10 premises were on the Council's register at the end of the year, and one licence
was renewed in respect of storage for the year 1963.
During 1962 the Council's Public Health Inspectors took 8 samples, as follows,
all of which were subjected to the tests prescribed by the Regulations and found to
be satisfactory:-
