Certificate refused.

refused.
125, High Street 1 Level at East end of covered yard at rear.

There may also be two ovens in one baking room, either on the same level,
or one over the other, the latter being known as two-decker ovens.
It is also interesting to observe that there were five bakehouses, the baking
rooms of which were under the public way, as follows:—

bakehouse; partition removed, and
baking room thrown open to back area.
31, Princess Road Recessed open area made at rear.
72, Stanhope Street Open area sunk and formed at side of
baking room.
48, Chalk Farm Road Front cellar converted into partly open
recessed area.
83, Gray's Inn Road Oven removed to another part of the
bakehouse; partition removed and
baking room thrown open to front area.
