The number of Marriages celebrated in St. Pancras during 1889 was 2,011,

BIRTHS.
The number of Births registered in St. Pancras during 1889 was 7,298, the
number during the previous year was 7,349, and the annual average for the past
ten years 7,739. Per 1,000 of population the birth-rate during 1889 was 28.5, the
annual average during the preceding decade being 32.2. The birth-rate is the
lowest recorded in St. Pancras since 1856.

Deaths of St.. Pancras parishioners was 4,454, the number during the previous year
having been 4,628, and the annual average during the preceding decade 4,649.
