Milk
Of the 216 samples of milk, 96 were submitted to the phosphatase
test, 96 to the methylene-blue test, and 24 to the turbidity test. These
samples were reported satisfactory.
Ice-cream
The 44 samples of ice-cream were tested in accordance with the
technique suggested by the Ministry of Health and Public Health
Laboratory Service. These samples were examined at the Public
Health Laboratory.

satisfactory.
Examination of Water from Swimming Baths
Thirty-five samples were submitted for examination, and all were

organisms.
