Table II gives details of the sanitary operations carried out in the
Borough during the year.
The number of drains which were tested was 488 and 1,006 were
cleansed or repaired. The drain of one house was reconstructed, and
139 drains were partially reconstructed.
Damp conditions have been remedied in 756 premises, and in
eight of these damp courses were inserted.
