Discharges are made on Form D, and of these 295 were received
during the year.
The 295 certificates received related to 282 cases, 13 having
been notified twice.
55 cases were notified as having gone to addresses in Clapham,
32 to Putney, 85 to Streatham, 32 to Tooting, and 89 to Wandsworth.
One case in Wandsworth was discharged to a Common
Lodging House.
The two following Tables show the total number of cases
notified and also the number of times they were notified.
Of the cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis, 584 were notified once,
55 twice, six three times, and one four times; while of the cases of
other forms of Tuberculosis 229 were notified once, four twice, and
one three times.
