London ... | 2*50 | 388 | 5-64 | 375 |
In all the sub-districts, with the exception of Tooting, the rate
was lower than in 1914, and for the whole Borough it was -39 per
1,000 under the rate for the previous year.
In Clapham the greatest number of cases was notified in
November, and the smallest in August.
In Putney the greatest number of cases was notified in April,
*
in Streatham in June, in Tooting in October, and in Wandsworth
in October.
The rate in Tooting was to some extent raised by the notification
of cases from the Fever Hospital. The total number of
cases notified from this Institution was 37, and if these be excluded
the rate instead of being 8'i2 would on that account be reduced
to 7-i6 in 1915, and 574 in 1914.
In the whole Borough the greatest number of cases, viz.—192,
was notified in October, and the smallest in August, viz.—64.
