The highest case-rate was in Tooting, and the lowest in Putney.
The case-rate for the Borough is .3 under that for the whole of
London, and the death-rate is .03 per 1,000 lower.
The death-rate per 1,000 in the Borough was .06, compared
with .06 in 1912, .11 in 1911, .05 in 1910, and .11 the decennial
average.
The Chart (facing page 68) shows the number of cases notified
during each week of the year.
The maximum number of cases, viz.—22, was notified in the
fourth week of August, and the minimum, viz.—two, in the first
