MARGARINE.
23 samples of margarine were submitted for analysis and all
returned as genuine.
There was one prosecution in respect of the sale of margarine,
for exposing margarine for sale by retail without having a proper
label attached thereto, and the defendant was ordered to pay costs
CHEESE.
13 samples of cheese were analysed and all reported to be
genuine.
