CREAM.
59 samples of cream were taken during the year, 18 of these
being sold as preserved cream and 41 not so sold.
The following report on the administration in connection with
the Public Health (Milk and Cream) Regulations, 1912, is prepared
as requested by the Local Government Board.
In none of the 18 cases was the amount of boric add stated on
the label exceeded, and all the samples contained over 35 per cent,
of milk fat.
