In Table IV. of the Local Government Board's Tables these
deaths are shown for the whole Borough at certain groups of age,
and the Tables for the separate sub-districts are included in the
Appendix.
The total number of births was 6,699, of which 6,519 were
legitimate and 180 illegitimate, and of deaths 823, of which 81
were illegitimate.
From the notifiable infectious diseases there were four deaths,
three from Diphtheria and one from Erysipelas.
