For the Year ended 31st March, 1911.
The Sub-Committee have pleasure in presenting the TwentyThird

purchase of new books in order to make the new edition of the
catalogue, to be issued early in the year 1911-12, as complete as
possible. The Sub-Committee anticipate that the issue of the
new catalogue will give an impetus to the issues of books from
the lending department.
The annual estimates for the year amounted to £1,279, the
estimated product of a penny rate in the Putney Ward, plus a
balance from the previous year of £121.
The Sub-Committee desire to thank the donors of various
books and newspapers to the library.
After considering the hours of opening the library the SubCommittee
resolved that on and after January 1, 1911 the reading
rooms should remain open until 10 p.m. In order to give shop
assistants the oportunity of using the lending department it was
decided to keep that department open on Thursdays.
