Young as the Sub-Committee for the Clapham Library for 1911
Councillor Cundall was re-elected chairman, with a vote of thanks
for his services in the chair during the previous year.
The Sub-Committee are again pleased to record their satisfaction
with the efficient manner in which the Librarian and his
Staff have discharged their duties.
