"The sanitary defects discovered in the course of our
visits were remedied, or if involving structural work, referred
to you. 160 intimation notices were served (Clapham one,
Putney two, Balham 22, Tooting 64, Southfield seven, Fairfield
33, Springfield 31), and five statutory notices were
required (Balham one, Tooting two, Southfield one, and
Springfield one)."
