Report of the Medical Officer of Health.
"'No. 10 district. This district would include the rest of Streatham
and a portion of Tooting. Although the area is only
570 acres and the estimated population 27,450, yet in all
probability in a few years there will be a considerable increase
in population. That part of the district which is
situated in Tooting Ward requires a large amount of
sanitary supervision."
I have again much pleasure in reporting that the whole of the
work of the Department was carried out by the Inspectors and
the Clerical Staff to my entire satisfaction.
